How do I know my payment is safe?

All payments are processed using industry standard, bank-grade AES-256 bit encryption.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship domestically to the U.S. and internationally to all 195 countries. However shipping may take longer to certain countries.

How long does shipping take?

Orders begin to process within 24 hours of placing your order. Depending on your international location and shipping method selected at checkout most orders will arrive within 2 weeks. Some orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on your Geographical location. 

We have a 1-3 day processing time to allow funds to settle and let customers change and update their orders. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us outlining your tracking information so you can track your order.

How can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our products are made to order, we cannot allow returns or exchanges and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we may resolve your issue.

I ordered multiple items, but only received one?

It is possible that if you ordered more than one item, your items could be shipped from different RoseryLux warehouses causing different arrival times. We also sometimes for logistical reasons will ship out items in the same order in separate packages so they get to you faster. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once they are on the way! Contact us for more information about specific orders and we will be happy to assist you.
